The CEO of Lowell Herb Co. David Elias was fired from his position at the company. He was accused of embezzling money and committing fraudulent activities. He spent company money to buy his 100k car and Beverly Hills dinners all while lying to employees. David Elias is no different than Dan Bilzarian.

I am the controller at Lowell. David Elias was fired in September of 2020 and it is now January 2021 and we have finally uncovered and documented all of his embezzlement, theft and wrongdoing. He spent over $4m of company money on personal expenses including first class Caribbean vacations, cocaine, prostitutes, cars, Malibu and Hollywood apartments for himself and mistresses, clothes, bags, home furnishings, gym equipment and huge amounts of missing cash. We have yet to resolve all the pending litigation against the company that Elias caused including sexual harrasment, failure to honor agreements with former cfo, cmo, cco and many of the early investors. Before working with David Elias I suggest you speak with any of the investors or senior management from Lowell or his previous venture TraderOS who would all tell you the same things about him: 1. He’s a liar and thief. 2. He’s a cocaine abuser and sexual predator. 3. He’s a terrible businessman who has never made an investor whole.
