Punch Bars

Punch bars have built up a significant brand name with widely regarded name recognition. They have strong word of mouth advertising and it is extremely unlikely they are operating on the fringes of the industry by selling to illegal operators. What is likely is the company has individuals trading on the name with counterfeit products. Punch has one of the strongest brands in edibles and like other leading brands illegal operators are selling sub par products with high end to generate significant profits. Edibles are even more profitable given the price different between generic chocolate and an infused products.

We know packaging and manufacturing is easy to replicate. Given the current crisis it is even more likely customers are reviving counterfeit edibles due to supply chain constraints and social distancing. Customers should be extremely skeptical of brand name products they purchase on the traditional markets.

This is even more important in regions with restrictive laws like the north east region of the USA. New York is one of the largest and most profitable markets for counterfeit products of all kinds including cannabis products.

They have been caught for this before. They were apart of a huge bust a few years ago only months into legalization for pallets of their chocolate ending up in other states. Play by the rules or stay as a trap brand.

People can rip off another product without it being connected to the main firm. You think every bag of runtz or cookies comes from the main source or a counterfeit operative? Gucci and LV are def selling to the canal street plug for fake hand bags.

I used to work with them - they send their off market dirty oil products to other states. Their van got busted a few months ago with 1500lbs if Punch chocolates heading to Michigan
