Matt & Curtis Christopherson

HateArchy | March 02, 2020 | 3 3

These two love to hear the sound of their own voice, if you’ve ever met these twats, chances are these close talking little cunts spread the gospel of their greatness in the form of saliva sprayed in your face. You may have even bought into the bullshit, but here’s the dirty on the type of characters these two actually are… The genius twins, and their cronies Hiroshi Dejaeghere and Derek Carey, late to the Canadian weed game tried their hand at a dispensary play. They told a great story backed with a $10 million investment from Aphria to form their “branding” company “Higharchy” and “West Coast Cannabis” stores. Well, a year later, not a license in site, and out of cash, it turns out that $10m actually wasn’t raised. Only $8m made it in the accounts, and after bickering and backstabbing like only these two brothers can do, the truth comes out that Hiroshi Dejaeghere, Derek Carey, Curtis & Matt Christopherson actually sold $2m of their shares to Aphria, and pocketed a cool $500k each for doing nothing more than incorporating a business, the genius idea was said to have come from Vic Neufeld himself, Aphria’s ex Chief Executive Thief. With their freshly minted bank accounts Matt Christopherson goes on to raise an additional $2m from close friends and family, including their parents, telling everyone they've raised $10m from Aphria, no mention of the hefty little bonus the 4 have paid themselves for doing nothing, which I’m sure would have sent investors running as far away from this deal as possible, then go on to pay themselves ridiculous salaries, consulting fees and blow the entire load, leaving the company essentially bankrupt and that’s when Matt decides to resign from his OWN company, leaving no one in charge and no insight into where the moneys gone. Taking zero responsibility or accountability for the mess he’s created. These 4 assholes have left investors dead in the water including raping their own parents of almost a half million dollars. Not sure how much lower you can go than stealing from your parents but karma is a bitch and never too far away.

Also, just tell people their whereabouts. I’m sure 50k will do the trick to put these pricks into hiding for the rest of their lives.

@DumbInvesotr You are a real Star, I hope you implode in space, never to be seen again. The world is too small to be hating on Jews and Blacks... both have suffered greatly because of evil like you.

They won’t be able to hide from SEC. The conduct described in this article violates many securities laws. If convicted of actual crimes, bankruptcy law does not provide protection for securities fraud. Bring a case, and let the federal law handle them. A $50k relocation program will do nothing good, but implicate more people in this already sad story. Hope this message is also heard by other well intentioned entrepreneurs looking to bring their ideas to this growing industry. There will be plenty of opportunity for everyone. Do your homework, and hire a trusted attorney that knows securities law to protect yourself and your investors. Full legalization is coming. If your still cutting corners, you’re taking to much risk. Thus life is too good to waste it away in prison. Be well, and stay the course.
