Buddies Price fixing

Anonymous | January 12, 2020 | 0 0

I ran a dispensary in Oregon where the owners' business model was to have the lowest possible pricing on the most popular items. The advertised pre-tax prices for Buddies live resin was the lowest in the state, and it caused some complaints from Nectar and a few others. Brent called me and told me I had to raise my prices because of these complaints. When I told him that I wasn't going to do that because price fixing is a federal offense, he tried to repackage the idea by offering me a cheaper line to sell at that low price but to sell the live resin at a higher price. I didn't waiver on my stance and dropped their products.
