This guy has already robbed a warehouse in Orange County California for 300k worth of distillate and crude and he has been going on a robbing spree. Let the community know about this scumbag.

I will sue you guys for deformation of character. How dare you post info without knowing facts. The warehouse that keeps getting robbed is still in biz. Wouldn’t u move locations by know. Richard Kelly is a thief. He has a federal case going on. So he gets work at his warehouse in Costa Mesa on consignment, then ribs himself to get the product and money. Look him up and Kelly Holdings. This story is False it’s actually opposite. The guy in the pic is owed 300k and has been a well respected member of the community for over 2 decades. I expect something be done
