I purchased an old pal gio pod strawberry banana cartridge -- After consuming it, I always look at my oil to see where it’s at or whatever and I noticed a black residue or dot of some sort. With what’s going on with vapes and stuff I immediately got alarmed. I reached out to eaze and it literally felt like they thought I was trying to scam them for free credits. They just asked me for the batch number. And told me to throw away the pod. But wouldn’t you think that they would want to get access to the pod and examine it to see and make sure that it isn’t just a one time thing? Like they literally brushed it under the rug. Like I didn’t just hit that pod 10 times before I noticed it.
I wouldn’t trust these companies. I started pressing them too and after talking to them, super unimpressed. It was tough for me to walk away from carts... best decision I made was throwing that shit out.
This is a common occurrence with the hardware of Gio pods. It’s pieces of the internal hardware flaking off into the oil
