Ian Daily and Deena Ridha are Fraudsters

A couple of years back I left my job to work with Ian and Deena on a new distribution company they were starting called Chill Distro. On one of our first meetings Deena took me to a beautiful site in downtown Los Angeles where they said they've raised money from a group of investors to build out a new distribution, retail, and even café in this facility. They asked me to join them and help grow the company so I did. On the first day I came through to work with them, it wasn't at that amazing location, but a dilapidated warehouse out in Sylmar. I asked them what happened and they said they were still moving forward with everything but out of this location instead. That should have been my red flag to get out of there, but I had just left my job so I needed this to work out. Almost immediately, Ian and Deena start telling both a coworker and I that they would give us an opportunity to invest in their company and that we shouldn't miss out with all of the investors they have lined up. Against our better judgement, we ended up investing $70K with them because we did believe in the vision and if they had already raised millions to get this going, we didn't want to miss out and wanted to actually own a piece of a company we work for. It was pretty soon that we realized things just weren't going well. Between not getting paid on time personally and seeing vendors complain we knew things weren't right. Then shit hit the fan when the landlord kicked us out of the warehouse for failing to pay rent. When I asked Ian to get my money back, he said that all of their money was seized by the government, which made no sense. I quickly realized that they had no other investors and used us to fund their company and extravagant lifestyle. We took them to court and quickly won a judgement against them. They still haven't paid our judgement, but we will keep pushing on them. I am tired of seeing them create company after company even though they're absolute fraudsters and want people to know who they are dealing with.

Ian and Deena also have a sales agency Vinsa and word is all the brands ditched them because of there shady business practices. I heard they been harassing and threatening brands if they don’t give in to their demands. These two con artists should be ousted from the industry and avoided at all costs!

Wow I’m so glad somebody start of this thread. Unfortunately I got to work with Ian and Deena while they were starting Vinsa. They still owe me money… Does anyone know how we can collect?
