A lot of talk about how THC percentage isn't as important as it seems. The majority of costumers in the industry don't ever ask for terpene percentage or cannabinoid profiles; All they care about is the THC percentage and price point. My question to purchasing managers, why do you continue to buy based on THC levels?
If the customer chooses based on XYZ reasons the purchasing agent or buying manager will also look at it. The market dictates and we follow, not the other way around despite individuals best attempt. The best way to change this is by including these information points in packaging and labeling. Give the customer a reason to care instead of expecting them to know as much as an expert.
